24 Hour Service Day

UW-Platteville Campus and Platteville Community

UW-Platteville Circle K is hosting a 24-hour Service Day from Friday, October 27th at 6pm to Saturday, October 28th at 6pm! There will be 8 service projects lasting roughly 3 hours each.

Projects you can participate at include:
- 6pm-9pm: Cleanup at churches
- 10pm-midnight: Walk/Run with Charity Miles (free app) & sponsors donating money per mile
- midnight-3am: Bake cookies for local police, fire, ambulance departments
- 3am-6am: Crafts for a Cause including dog toys, bookmarks, lunch bag decorations, etc.
- 6am-9am: Park & trail cleanup + non-profit help
- 9am-noon: Food and hygiene collection
- 11am-3pm: Children's Halloween themed program at Platteville Public Library
- 3pm-6pm: Volunteer project with the elderly
