Geography Classroom

Students who desire a broad training in the liberal arts will find it by pursuing a social sciences comprehensive minor. The minor requires 30 total credits and includes course work in economics, geography, history, political science, sociology, and psychology.

Students planning to teach in middle school or high school may want to choose a social sciences comprehensive minor (30 credits). With the social sciences comprehensive minor as their foundation, students may pursue a major in one of the six disciplines listed in the paragraph above. Full requirements for the minor can be found in the University Catalog.
