Research Interests

I am a developmental psychologist.  Broadly, my interests are in adolescent and emerging adult development.  In particular, I am interested in sexual behaviors and attitudes, sexual identity development, and health risk behaviors during these time periods.

Additionally, I am interested in the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL).  Recently, I began a new line of SoTL research investigating how to improve instruction and learning in research methods courses.
