This flexible degree also provides the perfect opportunity to complete a degree from another institution and focus areas are customizable depending on your previous coursework and goals.

  • Management Focus Area: Enhance your ability to lead by gaining essential skills in people management, organizational behavior, and marketing.
  • Individualized Focus Area: Develop your own focus area based on your academic and career goals.
  • Business Administration Minor: Explore real-world examples of all aspects of the modern business world with a diverse selection of courses such as Business Analytics, Global Business, and Leadership and Management.
  • Criminal Justice Minor: Designed for those who currently work or wish to pursue a career in the criminal justice field. Build your knowledge from courses such as Criminal Law, Foundations of Corrections, and Criminology.

Earn your degree at your pace online or in a hybrid format at our Richland campus. Tuition is $1,034* per three-credit class, and you may qualify for financial aid and scholarships.

Credits may be accepted from all properly accredited four-year and two-year institutions recognized by the Council for Higher Education. Generally, a maximum of 72 credits will be accepted from two-year institutions. Transfer coursework from the Wisconsin Technical College System is limited to previously established articulation agreements. Credits not accepted for transfer include vocational or unapproved technical, remedial or doctrinal.

If you are transferring from a UW System institution with an Associate of Arts or Science, you will meet all of the university general education requirements. In addition to your core applied arts and sciences courses, you'll complete general education requirements in English, math, speech, and liberal arts.

To be considered for admission, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or have earned HSED/GED
  • Meet college prep course requirements
  • If under age 22, top 50 percent of graduating class, ACT composite of 22, or SAT score of 1110
