Rhonda Loeffelholz earned her Masters in Education from the University of Saint Mary’s-Wisconsin as well as her PreK - 12 Principal Certification. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Winona State University.

Before joining the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Loeffelholz worked at Cuba City Elementary & Middle School as an elementary teacher for twenty years and then as the Elementary & Middle School Principal for the next ten years. During her time at Cuba City School District, she also served as an adjunct assistant professor for Saint Mary's University-Wisconsin Program.
