Dr. Benjamin M Krings
Dr. Krings earned his PhD in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Mississippi State University, his Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health Promotion from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Dr. Krings is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and enjoys working with athletes to improve exercise techniques and sports performance. His research interests include the effects of macronutrients on sport and exercise performance and investigating various exercise modalities to improve training adaptations. He is also an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
