Dr. Kurt Harris, a former consultant with a multi-consulting services company and a retired Navy Commander, possesses more than 20 years’ experience as a program / project manager with focus on ship maintenance, infrastructure development, organizational analysis, requirement development, and resource allocation. I have served at the tactical and operational levels and with extensive experience working with multi-national partners. Recognized as an expert in naval ship repair and infrastructure upgrades. Dr/ Kurt is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville teaching multiple Project Management courses (7010, 7020, 7060, 7840, 7990)
