Does your department have an upcoming special event, such as a conference, special exam, or meeting?
In order to help accommodate your guests with parking, you need to make your request in advance to Event Services. The sooner you put in your request, the better, as it provides more time to work with you to meet the needs of your event and your guests. It helps everyone, including students and staff who may need to make other parking arrangements.
Event Services and University Police will review your request and get back to you on what arrangements can be made to help you meet your needs. Only those events with 26 or more vehicles will qualify. Events with fewer than 26 vehicles will require your department or attendees to purchase daily permits.

In order to help you plan for your event, the current fees for reserving a parking lot or hiring University Resource Officers to monitor your reserved parking area are as follows:
Barricade Delivery & Pickup per lot reserved: $30.00
University Police Provided Parking Attendant: $8.00/hr (per attendant)
