Katie Reichling hails from Darlington, Wis., and grew up on her family's 330 cow dairy farm. In 1995 her family experienced a barn fire that forever changed her life and the way she viewed agriculture. Reichling graduated with a bachelor's degree in animal science with a dairy emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and works for the School of Agriculture as Student Recruiter and Coordinator.
Reichling serves as an advisor for CERES Women's Fraternity and the Agri and Industrial Studies Ambassadors. She is a proud Pioneer and considers herself an "agricultural enthusiast." Off campus she serves as a herd manager for a local dairy.
