After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2004, Amy Foley joined the Distance Learning Center. In her role, Foley works primarily in Student Services as the Academic Advisor and Outreach Manager. She is responsible for academic and outreach coordination, overseeing academic success, and facilitating collaborative discussions across the department and campus. Foley is active with United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA), National Academic Advising Association (NACADA), and Online Learning Consortium (OLC) as part of her overall goal of professional development.
When there is time for extra activities, Foley enjoys reading (for fun), volunteering, and spending time with her family and friends. She believes that continuing your education is the best gift you can give yourself.
