Fuller is the program director of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville's Master of Science in Criminal Justice program and a professor of criminal justice. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in criminology, social control, criminal justice, and research and statistical methods.
Fuller has more than 20 years of exemplary experience in teaching and research. Prior to teaching at UW-Platteville, she taught at Fayetteville State University, East Carolina State University and Pembroke State University in North Carolina.
Fuller was awarded the 2003 National Academic Advising Association Outstanding Advising Award and the 2002 UWP Academic Advising Award. She is a member of the American Society of Criminology, the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, the American Correctional Association, the Wisconsin Correctional Association and the Mid-Western Criminal Justice Association.
