Beyond Anxiety is a group for students who struggle with different forms of anxiety. Each session will include a brief lesson, individual reflection, and partnered activity to learn how to immediately incorporate new skills into your daily life. Topics covered will include academic anxiety, social anxiety, negative self-talk, assertiveness, and mindfulness skill building. Those interested in this group are encouraged to attend any or all sessions throughout the semester. Open to all students.
