The ITS Help Desk provides faculty, staff, and students access to laptops and headsets as well as a variety of audio-visual equipment to support instruction. Our goal is to serve the entire university as effectively as possible. In order to do this, we ask that faculty and staff who have access to departmentally-owned equipment use that whenever possible. We also do not take any semester-long orders for equipment.
Student laptops are loaned for 3 days at a time. Faculty laptops are loaned for 7 days at a time. All remaining devices are available for up to 7 days regardless of who checks them out.
NOTE: Digital cameras and tripods purchased by the School of Education are available to SOE students ONLY. Loan period for SOE devices is 7 days.

- Upon returning a laptop, you may check out another laptop after a one hour waiting period. Please review the Laptop Borrower's Responsibilities for additional details.
