Almost ten percent of American adults have significant hearing loss. Media productions with captioning allow people with hearing impairments and deafness to receive vital information by showing spoken dialogue as text in the viewing area helping to ensure that content reaches as many viewers as possible. Captioning also helps to ensure that videotapes, films, broadcast programming, and other media meet federal disability law requirements, including the obligations of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

MTS will assist with captioning as an additional post-production service for educational, promotional, and informational video projects.  Depending on the length and volume of captioning needed, there may be charges to complete the project.   For more information about captioning please contact Andrew Paulus at 608.342.6047 or email
