Faculty Forum Series
LAE Faculty Forum Series 2017-18
The LAE Faculty Forum Series is a program instituted in the fall of 2004 that is sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts and Education. The purpose of the forum is to allow faculty to present information in their research areas to university faculty, staff, students, and to community members. Presenters are asked to tailor their presentations to a general audience.
Special note: The Feb. 1 faculty forum was rescheduled to Feb. 15. The April 5 faculty forum "The Changing Face of Leprosy: A Socio-Historical View of a Human Bane" was replaced with "Cognitive Dissonance and Gun Control. Or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Gun," to be held Thursday, April 5 in Room 136 Doudna Hall from 5-6:30 p.m. For more information about this forum, visit: Faculty forum to highlight complexities of gun control issue.
