ITS is partnering with UW-Whitewater to upgrade the telecommunications infrastructure at UW-Platteville to deliver new and improved functionality.  This partnership with UW-Whitewater will help reduce costs and allow for shared services and increased collaboration.

   

Traditional Desk Phone

Place and receive calls like you do today.

   

Jabber Soft Phone Client*

Place voice and video calls from your computer (wired or wireless, on or off campus).

Communicate with instant messaging.

Share your desktop one-to-one.

   

Voicemail-email Integration

Receive voicemail via your Office 365 account.

 

         

Mobility
Jabber Smartphone App*

Install the Cisco Jabber app on your Android, iPhone and/or iPad and communicate using your mobile device.

Single-Number Reach
Receive calls on your cellular phone when away from the office. Available for all cellular phones. No app required.

*The Cisco Jabber app is not available on Windows mobile device or other smartphones.
