ITS Issue Tracking

UW-Platteville customers who submit technology issues or requests to the ITS Help Desk may view the status of their issues by logging into our issue tracking system.

How to access the tracking system

  • Click the blue "Track your issue" button on the right; log in using your campus username and password.
  • You may also select "Track your issue" anywhere you find the ITS Help Desk Quick Links. 

What you will see

  • Steps taken to resolve your issue or complete your request
  • Historic data for issues and requests submitted after July 9, 2018 (the date our upgraded system was implemented)
  • Issues/requests submitted to the ITS Help Desk as well as the DLC Help Desk

What you will not see

  • All the techie jargon (but staff will be happy to share if you really want to know; contact the ITS Help Desk)
  • Historic data for issues and requests submitted prior to July 9, 2018; if you would like this information, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
  • Issues/requests for Business Intelligence and Development; they have separate instances.
