Project Updates: Technology Support Services

The Technology Support Services Project teams continue to work toward their goals of improved efficiency and customer service.  Project leaders will present recommendations for a new service model to the steering committee on August 14.   The recommendations will address workflow, roles & responsibilities, processes, and logistics.  Some changes will be initiated this fall with full implementation beginning in January 2014.  Watch Discover IT for more details as they become available.
