ITS Help Desk hours for Welcome Weekend, Fall 2016

As staff and students return to campus, the ITS Help Desk is ready to serve during the following hours of operation:

Week of August 29 – Summer hours continue for walk-in, phone, and email support

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

Welcome Weekend – September 3-5

Saturday-Monday, Sept.3-5: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Staff on-site at residence halls to assist with move-in. No walk-in support at Karrmann office; however, email and phone support will be available. Call 608.342.1400 to leave voice mail or e-mail helpdesk@uwplatt.edu for assistance.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 5 – Academic year hours resume

Full-Service Hours (Walk-in, Email, Phone)

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: Closed

 

Phone/Email Hours*

Mon - Fri: 7:00-9:00 a.m and 7:00-10:00 p.m.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

*Calls forwarded to the Bears Den outside of walk-in hours

 

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT! Week of September 6 – Configuration Stations scheduled in the Markee Pioneer Student Center

Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
IT staff will be on hand to meet you where you are and assist with your mobile device, reset passwords, or answer your tech questions. Stop by on your lunch hour!
