Equipment Services moves to ITS Help Desk
Effective July 1, all media equipment will be checked out through the ITS Help Desk on the first floor of Karrmann Library. The move allows ITS to provide a simplified customer experience for faculty, staff, and students who only need to remember one location for equipment checkout. Previously media equipment was available through the Office of Equipment Services in MTS in the Pioneer Tower.
The complete list of equipment now available through the ITS Help Desk includes:

|Digital cameras||Podcasting kits|
|DLP projectors||Projector screens and tripods|
|Document cameras||Screen capture kits|
|JVC HD camcorder||TV/DVD carts|
All equipment is provided free of charge for academic purposes only. Equipment set-up is also available upon request.
How do I reserve an item?
Currently equipment may be reserved via phone (608.342.1400), email (email@example.com), or a visit to the ITS Help Desk during regular business hours. An online request form is in development and should be available before start of the fall term.
