What are you most excited about starting or experiencing at UW-Platteville?

I am most excited about living with my peers. Marquette is a private high school, so everyone is very distant from each other. Some of my best friends live 45 minutes away from me. At Platteville though I will get to live with my classmates and form bonds stronger than those that I formed during high school. I am also very excited for the engineering program. The process of getting to try out every discipline of engineering sounds very awesome. Lastly I am excited to join the outdoor adventure club. I was a boy scout and I am a rock climber so this is right up my alley.

What interests and/or hobbies do you have?

I am an avid sailor. I sail all summer long on small boats. My team elected me as their commodore so I am involved in planning events and making sure everything runs smoothly. During high school I was the captain of the rock climbing team and won division 2 in high school climbing finals.

Connor's Thank You Note

Thank you donors! You guys are honestly the best people ever. There are six people in my family three of which, including me, are in college or private high school. Every little bit helps, thank you so much!
