The Shared Financial System (SFS) will be upgrading to 9.2 in October 2018. Similar to the HRS and PASS upgrades, the SFS upgrade will provide a different look but very similar functionality.
End user training on E-reimbursement will be conducted in September 2018; watch for an email with registration information.
The system will be down from October 5-9 and will be available again October 10. During the October upgrade time, SFS will not be available for E-reimbursement, purchase orders*, vendor payments, or general ledger transfers so get your transactions in early. *Purchase orders are down starting October 4.
