(Past) Senior Water Exercise: Section B
Jan. 31, Feb. 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, March 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 28, 30, April 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27, April 2, 4 (26 Sessions: No classes March 21, 23 due to campus closure) Join us for a low-impact water exercise class. Use the water to strengthen and tone your muscles, increase your flexibility, and expand your range of motion. This program is designed for adults age 50 and over. Class size is limited, so register early.
