(Past) Chair Yoga Late Fall

Tatsiana O’Neill will demonstrate how chair yoga offers the benefits of classical yoga (mindfulness and breathing) but with a much gentler physical approach. Class is designed for seniors, individuals with balance insecurities, or those recovering from an injury. Enjoy improved circulation, balance, pain management, and flexibility. Grab a chair and join Tatsiana as she walks you through stretches for your entire body. Sign up for both sessions for a $10 discount. 
Session A: Virtual Six-week class. Class meets Wednesdays, October 27, November 3, 10, 17, December 1, 8, 10:15 - 11:15 am, $59. (No Class November 24)
Session B: Virtual Six-week class. Class meets Fridays, October 29, November 5, 12, 19, December 3, 10, 8:30 - 9:30 am, $59 (No Class November 26)
