(Past) Human Trafficking

Every day, individuals are forced or coerced into labor or commercial sexual acts in a practice commonly known as human trafficking. Join moderator Patti Mitch and representatives from Hope House of South-Central Wisconsin as they explain the truth about human trafficking in your own communities and beyond. The mission of Hope House is to prevent abuse and provide support to victims of abuse and provide support to victims of domestic and sexual violence, including human trafficking. Learn what it would take to stop the cycle and how to educate others. Contact the Continuing Education Institute for more information at continuing@uwplatt.edu or call 608-342-1314.
