(Past) Chair Yoga Session B
Tatsiana O’Neill will demonstrate how chair yoga offers the benefits of classical yoga (mindfulness and breathing) but with a much gentler physical approach. Class is designed for seniors, individuals with balance insecurities, or those recovering from an injury. Enjoy improved circulation, balance, pain management, and flexibility. Grab a chair and join Tatsiana as she walks you through stretches for your entire body. Sign up for both sessions for a $10 discount.
