Six Week Virtual Class. Join us as we work our way through guided meditation and beginner yoga targeted for weight loss. Virtual zoom link will be sent one week before the start of class. 

Class meets Mondays and Fridays, November 2, 6, 9, 13, 20, 23, and 30; December 4, 7, 11, and 14  |  Noon to 12:30 p.m. (NO class November 27).
