This Hatha-based yoga class is designed to keep you moving from one pose to another in rhythm with your breath, focusing on natural movement and core strength. Join to improve circulation, mental clarity, balance, and positive energy through gentle yoga postures. Virtual zoom access link will be shared each week before the class. Join all four classes for $39 or Drop into a class for $10.
