Covid-19 Disclaimers:

• To comply with the CDC rules and regulations put in place for everyone's safety regarding the coronavirus, this event will be limited to the attendance of only 50 persons total. Therefore, seats will fill up very fast and will be counted in a first come, first served basis.
• Face coverings will be required for all individuals in attendance and anyone present not willing to compromise will be asked to vacate the premises.
• The location we picked to conduct this event being the lawn located in between the Markee Pioneer Student Center and Ottensman Hall will allow us to maintain the recommended distancing of six feet. To achieve this in a uniform manner, we will place the event materials (Candle for vigil, Concrete Souls name slip, piece of chalk, and stickers) in six-foot increments across the lawn in a way that as guests arrive, they will easily fill up the spaces with as minimal interaction as possible.
