How to Apply for SUMMER


Step 1 Application

For assistance, please view this powerpoint presentation.

Step 2 Fill out the Financial Verification Form.
Step 3 Send:
  • Original financial verification form
  • Original bank documents or letter from sponsor (Note: All financial support documents must be dated within 6 months of the intended program start date)
  • Copy of passport photo page (including dependents)
  • Original transcripts
  • Proof of high school graduation
  • Original English proficiency test score (if available)*

*If TOEFL or IELTS score is not available, please contact Admissions ( for additional options.

Online or face-to-face interview may be required.

Step 4 Application will be evaluated by the International Admission Advisor.
Ste​p 5 The acceptance letter and I-20 will be sent via courier.

Summer Application Deadlines:

  • April 1 - Priority Deadline (Priority review and guaranteed on-campus housing)
  • May 1 - Last day that new applications may be submitted for review.
  • May 15 - All application documents must be submitted by this date.

Contact us if you are in the United States and already have a valid visa as the application deadline may be more flexible.

Step 7 Deadline for submitting non-refundable orientation fee (approximately $260) for the ELP summer term is May 15.
