Short-Term Faculty-Led Programs

Summer 2018
The History of Science & Technology

UW-Platteville Education Abroad offers a number of short-term faculty-led (STFL) programs which allow students to take a course taught abroad by one or more UW-Platteville faculty members. All programs carry UW-Platteville academic credit and contain an international component which typically lasts between ten days and three weeks. Programs are often offered over the winter, spring, and summer breaks and also require some pre-departure and returnee requirements such as readings, research, papers, informational meetings, etc.

The location and focus of the programs vary greatly, and program offerings change from year to year. At this time all 2019 STFL programs have been approved. For more information on a specific program, please contact the Education Abroad Office at studyabroad@uwplatt.edu.
