Education Abroad Ambassadors

Clarey Knellwolf, UW-Platteville Education Abroad Ambassador

UW-Platteville Students

UW-Platteville Education Abroad Ambassadors are given the opportunity to share their experiences of living, learning, and traveling abroad with other UW-Platteville students who are interested in going abroad.  Ambassadors assist the UW-Platteville Education Abroad office by:

  • giving classroom presentations.
  • advising prospective students on program options.
  • creating promotional materials.
  • representing their program at the Education Abroad Fair.
  • assisting the education abroad office with various projects and initiatives.

Ambassadors are asked to set one scheduled office hour each week and have the option to volunteer at other events though out the semester as mentioned abroad.  Please contact the UW-Platteville Education Abroad office for more information and see the current UW-Platteville Education Abroad Ambassadors.

Non-Platteville Students

Non-Platteville students are encouraged to contact their home institutions education abroad office for information on volunteering as an education abroad advisor or peer advisor.
