It is your time to speak up! Get the assertiveness training you need in order to be more confident and powerful with co-workers, bosses, friends, family, and even strangers.

Interpersonal Communication

You will learn to recognize and use strategies and behaviors essential to effective communication. In this course, explore verbal and nonverbal expression, including personal style, listening, relationship dynamics, self-esteem, conflict management, and cultural and gender communication differences.
