Yoga, Mindfulness/Meditation, & Stress Reduction Workshops

Join University Counseling Services staff for FREE yoga, mindfulness/meditation, tai chi, and stress reduction workshops! 

4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
318 Royce Hall (conference room next to Wright Center)

Mindfulness/Meditation dates:
Oct. 4, Nov. 1, and Dec. 6

Creative Expression dates:
Oct. 11, Nov. 8, Dec. 13

Yoga dates:
Oct. 18, Nov. 15, Dec. 20

Tai Chi dates:
Oct. 25, Nov. 22

No previous yoga, meditation, or tai chi experience is necessary. No need to register, just show up. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (some yoga mats are available).
