Wellness Tuesdays

Join University Counseling Services staff for FREE mindfulness/meditation, creative expression, yoga and other wellness workshops! 

4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
318 Royce Hall (conference room next to Wright Center)

Mindfulness/Meditation dates:
Feb.7, March 7, and April 4

Creative Expression dates:
Feb. 14, March 21, and April 11

Yoga dates:
Feb. 21, March 28, and April 18

Healthy Living date:
April 25

Wellness Tuesdays are open to all students/faculty/staff on campus.  No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Registration is not required; just show up!  Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (some yoga mats are available). 

Reminders will be posted on University Counseling Services' facebook page and posters displayed throughout campus. Contact our office for more information.
