Join University Counseling Services staff for FREE mindfulness/meditation, yoga, stress management, and creative expression workshops!

Yoga dates:
Feb. 13, Mar. 13, Apr. 17
(Wilgus Hall Multipurpose Room)

Stress Management dates:
Feb. 20, Mar 20, Apr 24
(Bridgeway Commons Multipurpose Room 1)

Creative Expression dates:
Feb. 27, Apr. 3, May 1
(Wilgus Hall Multipurpose Room)

Wellness Tuesdays are open to all students/faculty/staff on campus.  No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Registration is not required; just show up!  Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (some yoga mats are available).
