Join University Counseling Services staff for FREE mindfulness/meditation, yoga, stress management, and creative expression workshops!

Yoga dates:
Oct. 10, Nov. 14, December 12

Stress Management dates:
Sept. 19, Oct. 17, Nov. 21

Creative Expression dates:
Sept. 26, Oct. 24, Nov. 28
(Room 223, Counseling Center Conference Room, Royce Hall)

Wellness Tuesdays are open to all students/faculty/staff on campus.  No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Registration is not required; just show up!  Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (some yoga mats are available).
