Continuing Education offers area citizens the ability to stay in shape and socialize with water workouts. Learn new ways to keep physically fit through a variety of water exercises that utilize great techniques while having fun. Participants are able to set and reach their workout goals by moving with precise and polite instruction. The swim programs promote both physical and mental health.
Register early, because classes with low enrollment will be canceled one week prior to the start date.
