It is time to start preparing for the 31st annual Early Childhood Conference on Saturday, March 10, 2018. This will be a terrific opportunity for you to showcase and sell your products and services.
Over 200 early childhood teachers, administrators, childcare providers, and child advocates visited the exhibits last year. In 2018, we expect the number of conference participants to exceed last year’s attendance figures. Participants attend to expand their professional and personal development, earn CEUs, and learn about the newest resources available to them.
Platteville is located in the heart of rural southwest Wisconsin; therefore, the majority of our registrants come from rural communities where few teacher supply stores are found. As a result, teachers are not able to see the products or know that the item is just what they want. Take advantage of this great opportunity to sell your goods or services directly to the buyer.
Space in the exhibit hall will be assigned in advance. The exhibit area will be open from 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The exhibits may be set up Friday, March 9th, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. or Saturday, March 10th from 6:30-7:30 a.m. All exhibits must be in place by 7:30 a.m. on Saturday. The cost for one six-foot table is $55.00. The cost for two six-foot tables is $90.00. Three or more tables are an additional $25 per table. Early Bird prices available until November 17, 2017: one six-foot table is $50.00, two six-foot tables are $80.00. With a paid table, vendors receive electricity (if requested), lunch (1) and refreshments. All you need to provide is a table cover and your displays! Don’t forget about the option for non-profits, who are displaying for educational purposes only and not selling items, get a table at no charge! We really want the participants to know as much about as many things as we can provide to them during this wonderful event.
Lastly, we truly appreciate any donations you wish to make toward door prizes for participants. We automatically sign up participants for door prizes. Selected winners will be notified via a ‘certificate’ in the registration packets and will then visit the appropriate table to claim their prize.
