Tuesdays & Thursdays, Sept 12-Dec 12, 2017 (No class Nov 23) | Looking for a way to stay active this winter? Join us for a low-impact water exercise class. Use the water to strengthen and tone your muscles, increase your flexibility, and your range of motion. This program is designed for adults age 50 and over. Class size is limited, so register early.
