Salsa Workshop

Meet us in the Campus Edible Garden between Royce and McGregor Halls to learn how to harvest produce right from the garden (what to look for, how to know if something is ripe) and then join us as we head to the basement of McGregor Hall for a mini cooking class where we will learn how to use those ingredients to make our own fresh salsa (pico de gallo). This event is free.
