Recommendation

The Dept. of Industrial Studies strongly recommends that all "Level One"
Portfolios be organized according to the Wisconsin INTASC Standards regardless
of the number of artifacts/reflections included in the portfolio.

Organizing the "Level One" Portfolio according to the Wiscsonsin INTASC Standards
lays the foundation for the "Level Two" Portfolio which is required for graduation
and licensure.

A "Level One" portfolio organized according to the Wisconsin INTASC Standards
communicates to the portfolio reviewer the student's awareness of the INTASC
Standards, licensure requirements and future professional duties.
