i. You have passed,
ii. Courses which you have received credit via transfer or pass-out exams
i. The first time you run it, it may ask if it is okay to install it. Click “Yes” and then click “Run”.
ii. You must use a Windows PC and installing it will not cause any problems with other programs on the PC.
i. The top half of the screen is the list of courses that you can choose from
ii. The bottom half of the screen is where your schedule will be built.
iii. You can resize the top & bottom halves of the screen by dragging the top border of the Schedule header up & down.
iv. Click on the “Remove Section” button (in bottom half) several times until all the items in the schedule are removed.
v. In the top-right of the screen, select the term that you are registering for
(a) Select the term
(b) Select the year
(c) Click the “Reload” button
vi. Adding courses to the schedule
(a) Select the college in which the course is offered
(b) Select the department in which the course is offered
(c) Click on the course you want to take
(d) Click the “Add to Schedule”
(e) Repeat until all courses have been selected
i. Fill in your name in the “Student” field in the bottom half
ii. Save your schedule to your flash drive (or hard drive if it’s your own computer)
(a) From the menu, pick File > Save As
(b) Find the drive and folder where you want to save the file
(c) Give the file a name; e.g., Fall 2007
(d) Click “Save”
iii. Click the “Print Schedule” button
