If You Do Not Have ACROBAT READER (Opens .PDF Files) Click on "Get Acrobat Reader"
Once you have the Acrobat Reader you can Read, Download or Print Acrobat .PDF Files

To Open a File - Click on the Link -The reader should Open the Document (A warning Screen may pop up asking if you want to open it or save it to disk -CLICK OPEN)

To Save a File - RIGHT Click on the Link and select "Save Link As" Then Select where you wish to Save the file

To Print a File -From Acrobat Reader Click File then Print

*A Note about PDF Files - .PDF is a cross-Platform format that can be opened by both Mac and PC. Once a .PDF file is opened or downloaded it can not be changed with the reader.  So a form that is downloaded in PDF must be filled out by hand.  Forms that are in a MS Word or MS Excel format may be filled out via the computer, providing that computer has the proper Word or Excel program installed and the document in not "read only." I generally choose the .PDF format for it's universality and quick formatting.
