I've been employed at UW-Platteville since 1994. My orginal position was a "temporary" project position. Obviously temporary was changed to permanent. I was hired when we first started wiring our residence halls for network access. Back then it was called the da Vinci Project. I was hired as the Support Manager. Along the way, the project was changed to ResNet (Residence Hall Network) and I took the role of Support Manager for that and as the years went on support for departments within Campus Life/University Centers. In the Fall of 2006 I moved to OIT accepting a position as a Senior Network Administrator.
I've enjoyed working all the years with ResNet and am enjoying the challenges of my new job, working with larger projects and doing more systems analysis. As time permits I"ll add more information about my work here at UWP and some of my personal interests.
