New Printing Request Form

A new Printing Request Form went live at 6:30 PM CST on October 24, 2014. The new form is a vast improvement compared to the old solution, and it is expected that the new online form will greatly improve operations at Pioneer Printing and Postal Services. Read more...

Firefox's "Responsive Design View" Makes It Easy to Test Your Web Content for Mobile Devices

Web content authors/creators/editors (known as "Content Stewards" at UW-Platteville) should always test new and updated web content on mobile devices. Features like large tables, embedded content, etc, will often cause user experience (UX) problems when the content is viewed on mobiled devices. New PDF option for your online forms using Drupal Webform

There is a new PDF option available for all online forms created with UW-Platteville's Drupal Webform technology. For each online form, there is now the option to generate a PDF document automatically using the data submitted via the online form. Read more...

June 6 switchover date announced

On June 6, 2014, the remaining website pages will be launched on the Drupal content manager server, and the www3 will be replaced by www. This will complete the project of transitioning more than 90,000 web pages on the UW-Platteville site. Read more...

Website Transition Project has 132 sections completed; sets final goal of April 18, 2014

Governing bodies approve web policy

The UW-Platteville governing bodies gave their approvals to the web policy to the updated website. The Classified Senate endorsed the policy in Spring 2013, while the Academic Senate, Faculty Senate and Student Senate endorsed the policy in Fall 2013. Read more...
