Article V

This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the eligible voting members of the academic staff (see Article V, Section 1 of the bylaws). Amendments may be initiated by one of two methods:

1. Upon the recommendation of the Academic Staff Senate; or,
2. Upon a petition containing signatures of twenty percent of the total membership of the academic staff eligible for voting privileges. This petition shall be submitted to the Academic Staff Senate.
