Day 30, April 21
Today we leave for the Big Island. Let's take in one of the famous sunsets tonight at Anaehoomalu Bay. Paradise!! Don't get so relaxed that your walking program is put on hold. We can explore and hike before we relax for the evening.
Did you realize that there is no validation to the theory that we can actually spot reduce, but it is a physiological fact that walking (especiallly at a fast pace) trains and tones the muscles of the legs, buttocks and upper thighs as well as the abdominal muscles? WALK ON!!
