Day 43, May 4

Well, we couldn't have come back to Wisconsin to a more beautiful day! Even though we are no longer entering steps in the contest (except for last weeks) we should continue to try to walk 10,000 steps per day to maintain our good health habit. Remember the Luau is on thursday at the Pioneer Student Center from 2-3:30. We have delicious food, games and prizes to be given away. Why don't you plan on coming for your reward for doing so well for six weeks of walking? See you there.

Day 40, May 1

On Monday we will be leaving Hawaii, so do everything you can the next three days to enjoy yourselves! We could join a fishing charter, visit Dolphin Quest or take a whale watching tour. All the things we can't do in Wisconsin! Remember to keep walking- there are prizes to be won and health to be improved! Enjoy your weekend and we'll see you in Wisconsin on Monday.

Day 39, April 30

Here is a team with "Team Spirit!" Do you recognize anyone? We have another not so good walking outside day today but you can do something inside, or outside with an umbrella!! Keep walking this week because the prize for week 6 is for most improvement from the week before. Read yesterdays blog to see what prizes will be given at the Luau, and be sure to email me with your RSVP by the end of today.

Day 38, April 29

We hope you're all looking forward to the Luau! We are! Get your hips moving because we're going to have Hula Hoop contests. Also a prize will be given to the team (however many members are there) with the best hula dance! Prizes will be awarded for the best team spirit, most steps walked (1st and 2nd), most improved group (1st and 2nd). There will also be door prizes. Be sure to get your reservations by the end of the day tomorrow. Aloha!

What a beautiful day here today after days of dreariness! Hope you all get a chance to enjoy it.

Did you go see the volcano Kilauea at Volcanoes National Park yesterday? Better go today if you didn't becauase we still have to try windsurfing, jet skiing, sailboating, parasailing, scuba diving......

Day 36, April 27

Can you believe it? This is our last week in Hawaii. What haven't we done yet? Did you go see a volcano? Or maybe we should hike the cliffs of Waipio Valley (King Kamehameha's boyhood playground.)
