A - Yes, our programs are open to students from any college, university, technical school, or community college. In fact, most of our program participants are non-UWP students.
A - This is very possible. However, the good thing is that most of the other participants are in the same situation as you. While some students have their friends join them in participating on a program, most students participate in a program independently.
A - Please see our Credit Transfer link.
A - No, you will only have to pay UW-Platteville tuition for the semester you go abroad with us.
A - No. You only need to apply through the UW-Platteville Study Abroad Office. Please see next question for further details.
A - Most likely not. You should be able to remain enrolled at your home school as a "degree-seeking" student. We will enroll you at UW-Platteville as a "special student" for the term you go abroad.
A - We recommend you visit your home school's study abroad office and tell them about your plans to study abroad through UW-Platteville. Perhaps your school already has an affiliation with us. They will be able to tell you about what procedures and forms are necessary to complete to do an external study abroad program. We are happy to help and contact your home school's study abroad office if they have questions about our programs.
