SpainUW-Platteville's Institute for Study Abroad Programs is a provider of study abroad programs open to students from any college or university across the US. Over 10,000 students from more than 250 different colleges & universities nationwide have participated in our programs since 1979. Our mission is to create programs with enriching living & learning experiences abroad.
UWP is a member of the Diversity Abroad Initiative (DAI). The DAI is an alliance between DiversityAbroad.com, colleges, universities, education abroad program providers. The goal of the DAI is to increase the number of underrepresented students (mainly minority and low-income students) who participate in international study and travel programs. DiversityAbroad.com allows students to get answers to their questions and concerns about going abroad, learn about the benefits of study abroad and scholarship opportunities.
