The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is a wonderful campus for hosting your event. Set in the Tri-State area of Southwest Wisconsin, we offer a variety of venues and services to meet the needs of multiple events throughout the year. From weekly meetings to wedding receptions, conferences to summer camps, reunions to exhibitions, our staff can assist you though every step of the event production process. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff is eager to assist you to insure your event is successful!

Required Information

When requesting a reservation with Event Planning and Reservations, please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Preferred date of event (and an alternative dates if necessary)
• Time and duration of event
• Expected number of persons in attendance
• The nature of the event or the types of activities being planned
• If food and/or beverage service will be ordered
• Audio/visual and room set-up needs (Please note: An appointment with a staff member may be necessary)
• Contact and Billing Information

• Will you need time to set up decorations?
• Does your event need directional or informational signage?
• Do you need a check-in table?
• Will there be a performance during your event?
• Are you planning on selling anything?
• Is your event a ticketed event?
• Will you need parking?
• Are you planning to fundraise as part or all of your event?
