What is the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Scholars Program?

The STEM Scholars program is a five-year program funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) starting in Fall 2010.  The program annually awards 10 renewable scholarships of approximately $3,800 to incoming freshman or transfer students, increasing the group to 40 students in years four and five.  The final cohort of students was awarded in 2014.
